Cette semaine, la toute-puissante année 1967 s'affirme et réclame son trône en tant que reine couronnée du royaume psychédélique : Davie Allan joue avec les mots, les Mickey Finn nous font visiter le jardin de leur esprit et les Creation se demandent comment on se sent quand on sent. Les Troggs assument leur côté psychédélique, Love utilise le téléphone rouge, les Chambers Brothers déclarent que le moment est venu et Timothy Leary vante les mérites du sexe et du LSD.

Mais si vous pensez qu'on vit dans le passé aux États Altérés, détrompez-vous. Des nouveautés de Sun Araw, Best Coast, Dolphins Into the Future et Emeralds d'un côté; le meilleur du noise atmosphérique avec les Skaters, les arpèges hallucinogènes de Oneohtrix Point Never et le nouvel âge punk-rock d'Inca Ore de l'autre.
